Per la maggior parte delle piccole medie imprese (PMI) l\u2019avviamento \u00e8 soggettivo, perch\u00e9 dipende dal titolare dell\u2019azienda.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 lui che coordina e gestisce l\u2019impresa, definendone il meccanismo.<br \/>\nProprio quest\u2019ultimo, introdotto nell\u2019articolo precedente, \u00e8 determinante per il corretto avviamento di un\u2019attivit\u00e0 e viene definito attraverso alcuni campi specifici.<br \/>\nLa scorsa settimana ho parlato di Acquisti, Vendite e Comunicazione. Oggi affronter\u00f2 <strong>il rapporto fra Capo d\u2019Impresa e Risorse Umane<\/strong>, che considero vitale per qualsiasi azienda.<\/p>\n<h3>Attenzione alle scelte commerciali<\/h3>\n<p>Ciascun capo d\u2019impresa crea il cosiddetto \u201ccommerciale\u201d mediante la gestione del rapporto tra l\u2019azienda e i clienti\/consumatori. \u00c8 uno degli aspetti pi\u00f9 creativi di ogni azienda, ma anche uno dei pi\u00f9 delicati. Una scelta commerciale vincente, infatti, se ben coadiuvata, pu\u00f2 fare la fortuna di qualsiasi attivit\u00e0. Al contrario, una strategia sbagliata pu\u00f2 costare molto cara.<\/p>\n<h2>Il rapporto tra Capo d\u2019Impresa e le Risorse Umane<\/h2>\n<p>La relazione fra il capo d\u2019impresa e i suoi dipendenti\/collaboratori \u00e8 alla base di una scelta commerciale vincente.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Il titolare d\u2019azienda \u00e8 tale dal momento in cui:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; \u201c \u00c8 l\u2019unico decisore<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<em>Il rapporto tra azienda e clientela dipender\u00e0 dall\u2019affiatamento instaurato con i dipendenti, che in fondo sono i primi consumatori.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; \u201c \u00c8 il decisore finale perch\u00e9 socio.<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>In questo caso il buon rapporto con clienti e Risorse Umane sar\u00e0 diretta conseguenza dell\u2019armonia creata fra i soci.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; \u201c \u00c8 il decisore finale in quanto Presidente di un CdA o Amministratore Delegato.<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Il rapporto fra impresa e consumatori dipender\u00e0 dalla capacit\u00e0 del titolare di scegliere e circondarsi di collaboratori e consiglieri all\u2019altezza del ruolo.
